Sunlight, Skincare, Sydney Harbour and Elizabeth Arden

Thursday 27th February. Sydney Harbour, just past midday. Cloud cover softening the sun.

Guests arrived in linen and silk, most in shades that made sense against the water. 28 of them, gathered on the Sirenuse for an intimate launch with Elizabeth Arden, the Spot Correcting Capsules and Bounce Cream were the centrepieces.

You could hear the clink of cutlery on ceramic over the hum of the water. Plates of prawns, oysters, little bowls with too-pretty-to-eat garnishes. Feet kicked off heels under the benches. At one point, a guest leaned into the sun with her eyes closed.

An afternoon made to celebrate care, beauty, and people who know how to hold a good conversation.
